Another month older...

Hannah turned 16 months this month. She had quite a month. She continues to surprise us with all that she can do and say. She is getting more and more confident on her feet too. She likes to see how fast she can go, and loves it when you play chase with her. Hannah loves to be outside. Whether it is taking a walk, going to the park, collecting pine cones, or just walking around the front yard, she has so much fun. She has fun checking out all the neighborhood dogs, and can hear them bark a mile away.

Hannah continues to expand her vocabulary. Her favorite words are more and please, and uses them anytime she wants something, which is often. She said butterfly at day care the other day too. She can say her name, diaper, and the list could go on. She really does a great job trying to repeat what we say.

Hannah and Jill's spring break was the first week of April. Uncle Jon, Grandma and Grandpa Brazzale came out to visit. She sure had fun playing and learning from them. Grandpa taught her how to say "ahhh" after drinking something. She gets a kick out of doing this often. She had fun getting all sorts of treats from grandma and having grandma read to her. She got to go to the Aquarium with Uncle Jon and showed him all the fish. She loved checking them all out. It was so nice to have them all visit, it was sad to see them go. We look froward to June when we can all be together again. We also had a play date with Lincoln and Jen. We went to the library for story time and out to lunch. It was so cute to see the kids toddling around.

Hannah sure makes our lives so fun. We love seeing all that she can do and we enjoy spending as much time as we can with her. Our nights and weekends sure seem to go by way too fast.

A weekend in the mountains...

This weekend we spent with our good friend Jayme, Cory, and Scout in Breckenridge, CO. It was part of Mike's Valentine present a weekend away from his computer (work). We had such a grand time. The Boys got to ski at Beaver Creek on Saturday while the ladies spent some time at the pool and hanging out. Hannah and Scout loved the pool, we could have spent our whole weekend in there if it was their choice I think. We had a nice meal in and played some games. It was nice to "slow" down for a weekend and relax and enjoy friends.

Hannah loved the pool.

15 months.....

Hannah is on the move more than ever. She is having fun exploring her new world. She loves to check out lots of new things. She has fun in the refrigerator reorganizing the yogurts as much as she can. She has conquered the stairs, going up as well as turning herself around to come back down. She helps us put her toys in the bath tub and even tries to put her chair in there too.

Hannah has been exploring some of her old toys but can do new things with them. She can put the rings on and off, stack blocks at least three high, put blocks in her sorter and more. She has a lot of fun on the weekends when she gets to play with dad while mom gets a little more sleep.

She loves to get dressed up. She demands her jacket to be put on, even if we are not going anywhere. She will play for a long time with it on and her mittens and hat too. She has two jackets for this time of year, on a bit lighter than the other. Mike wanted to put the lighter one on because it was suppose to be nice out, no she demanded the other one. Let the fun begin!

Hannah knows where her eyes, nose and teeth are. She also loves to tickle mom's feet too. One weekend when I was sick she grabbed a Kleenex and started to blow her nose. You know you have blown your nose a bit too much when a 15 month old catches on.

Hannah had her 15 month check up yesterday. She still a petite little thing that will probably always stay in the 5% in weight. The doctor says she is so healthy that he is not worried at all. She had a few shots, and let out a good cry but seemed to be fine when she knew she was leaving the doctor's office. It truly has been a blessing she has been so healthy for almost 2 months. She continues to show us signs of teething, yet no new teeth. She still has 12.

Hannah is a chatter box. Her language seems to be advancing more and more every day. She says about 17 words already. Some are easier to recognize than others. She says doggy, kitty, mom, dad, more, cheese, thank you, please, all done, keys, ah oh, eyes, teeth, go, cookie, baby, hi and good bye.

Enjoy the pictures! We had a camera causality around Valentine's Day so there are no pictures of that Hallmark holiday. But we have great ones of a trip to Longmont last Saturday to see our friends The Ball-Marians' on a spring like day (75 degrees), a trip to Grandma and Grandpa Rauwerdink's the weekend before, and some snow pictures from this past Monday.

Only in Colorado.
One day it is 75 degrees and the next day there is 3 inches of snow.
Having a blast in the snow.

A movie star.

On the move faster and faster each day!

The Ball Marian's let us borrow this car.
She cannot wait to get it outside to drive!

Mom, why are you giving these things to Goodwill?
