A wonderful trip.....

We ventured to WI on June 8th and came back to CO on June 18th. We had an amazing time. Hannah was a trooper as she spent a lot time in the car seat. We went to Door County, WI for a week stay in Fish Creek, a place Jill spent many years as a kid. The place has changed so much, but one thing hasn't changed, the great times spent with family in the heart of Door County. Grandma Jenny got to spend a few days with us too. Hannah got her first teeth when we were there. They are the two bottom teeth. She was cranky for about two days, but did very well. She spent a lot of time in the stroller seeing many things. We went for a walk in Pennisula State Park. Hannah went swimmng for the first time. She was a bit uncertain. It was also a day her teeth we trying to poke through. She also got to play with Grant her cousin. He is getting so big. This was the first time we all got to meet him. Grandma and Grandpa got to babysit a few times when we went to the winery with Jeff, Kristen, and Jon and when we went golfing. It was so fun we are hoping we can do it again next year.

Hannah sat so nice as we ate at Greenwoods.

On our way home from Door County, we went to a family reunion for Jill's mom's side of the family. It was very nice. Hannnah got to meet many of her great aunts, uncles, and second cousins. 6 months old

Six months ago Hannah was just entering the world and now she is her own little person. She can sit, "talk" in baby language, roll around to find what she wants. She can squeal, look when her name is called, and recognizes mom and dad's voices. She loves to eat. She has not had anything that she does not like. It seems carrots, sweet potatoes and apple sauce are her favorites. Hannah has done a lot of new things this month. She had traveled to Estes Park for the first time and liked it so much, she wanted to go back a second time too. She also went to her first Rockies baseball game. She looked around with great curiousity. She went on her first hike with her aunties in Rocky Mountain Park. She was sleepy, but enjoyed the relaxing atomsphere. Hannah's last day of day care until August is this Friday. Her teachers talk about how they are going to miss her so. She will be taking her second airplane ride that day too. We are all traveling to WI for 10 days. She is VERY excited to meet her cousin Grant for the first time. Hannah has her six month appointment on the 21st of this month. So right now we know she has grown but we are not sure how much. Enjoy pictures!

Hannah had a new friend come into the world on Saturday. Our dear friends Cory and Jayme had a baby girl, Scout Laughrin. She weighed 7 lb 11 oz and 20.25 inches long. The new family is doing very well.

Having fun with dad at the ball game.

I love watching all the action.

Fun With the Spredemanns

Well this post is a little slow coming, but we had a great time with Brian, Jen, and Allie on their visit to Colorado a couple weeks ago. Here are some pictures from the weekend that included a baby shower for Baby Harper and fun times up in Estes Park.

Coming soon, Baby Harper...

5 months.....

Hannah is growing so fast. It is hard to believe she is five months already. She learns new things everyday. She sure keeps mom and dad on their toes, already. This month she has found her toes. She loves to suck them in bed, in her bath, and everywhere in between. Hannah also has rolled from back to front and front to back. She will do both right after each other. The fun begins now. We have now found her on her tummy in the morning. She seems to like it and takes after her parents. She has started to eat solids. She has had rice cereal the last two weeks. Now we are onto veggies. We started with green beans yesterday. She really likes them so far. She is one amazing person. She makes us smile everyday.

Today, Hannah became a cousin. My brother Jeff and my sister in law Kristen had their baby this morning around 3AM after a long, crazy labor. Grant Joseph joined our family at 8 pounds 4 ounces and 20 inches long. Mom and baby are doing well. We are anxious to meet him in June. We are very excited for the years to come to see them play together.
